I live with my husband Antonio in Utah. We are raising two boys. (I am step-mom.) Both boys have autism. The youngest boy has Type 1 Diabetes. I have an MFA in Shakespeare and Renaissance Literature in Performance. I used to teach liberal arts at a couple different colleges in the DC area. I love acting, singing, directing, and writing.

I enjoy all things spiritual. I love to meditate in a cold lake. I love prayer. I love leading the church choir. I love energy work. I love listening to an inspiring book. I love helping people. I love BEING helped!

I have combined an older blog with this new blog. Some of the posts are from days as a single woman. I was single for a very long time. The newer writings will be about being a parent. I hope even as the circumstances change, the honesty and openness remain the same. Happy Reading!
